Field Exercise Validates MiNEMedia Multi-Link Aggregation Return Solution for Emergency Command System

 Solutions    |      2025-04-15

Recently, MiNEMedia next-generation multi-link aggregation return solution was successfully deployed in a live field exercise by an emergency command unit. The end-to-end system—comprising front-end acquisition, aggregated transmission, server-side decoding, and centralized switching—demonstrated the efficiency, flexibility, and resilience of MiNEMedia integrated solutions in complex and high-demand scenarios.

1. Front-End Deployment with 15 C300 Backpacks

In this operation, 15 MiNEMedia C300 live streaming backpacks were deployed across four operational zones (A, B, C, and D) for video acquisition. Each unit is equipped with dual 5G + dual 4G modules, leveraging MiNEMedia dynamic bonding algorithm to ensure smooth and stable video transmission even in environments with overlapping or unstable network signals. The C300 features a built-in battery that provides over 4 hours of runtime, and supports external V-mount batteries via an integrated backpack system, allowing for uninterrupted, mobile cross-region deployments without concerns over network reliability or power supply.

2. Seamless Voice Communication

C300 units positioned at key locations enabled real-time communication between field personnel and the command center. MiNEMedia integrated voice communication system allows team members to establish group calls via the MLive app, web interface, or directly through the device, ensuring responsive coordination and immediate feedback across the entire operation.

3. R10 Production Switchers Enable Interconnected Command Centers

The command system was structured around an advance command post and a main command center, both receiving live HD video feeds from the frontlines via MiNEMedia low-latency, high-reliability transmission pipeline. Multiple Mine Media R10 switchers were used at each command center to enable bi-directional voice communication, ensuring real-time synchronization and efficient coordination between the two tiers of command.

4. Plug-and-Play Deployment – Internet-Ready, Anywhere

MiNEMedia emergency video return solution delivers a fully integrated workflow—from encoding and bonded transmission, to server-side decoding and live switching—without the need for third-party devices. This significantly reduces system complexity and deployment costs. If additional video feeds are required during operation, expansion is seamless: simply add more encoding devices, with no need for reconfiguring the network or deploying extra infrastructure. As long as there’s internet, the system is ready to transmit.
