Q1: What control options do the Q8S/R10/A5/Q9/Q8 SE/C300 offer?

A: Mine Media devices can be controlled via the M Live App, Web Control, or the built-in touch-screen interface for seamless operation.

Q2: How does the bonding encoder stream to vMix without requiring a public IP?

A: The encoder supports RTMP Pull to vMix, allowing you to stream without needing a public IP address.

Q3: Which platforms can I stream to using the Mine Media bonding encoder?

A: The encoder supports multi-platform streaming, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and more—with the ability to stream to up to 4 platforms simultaneously.

Q4: Do you provide a bonding server for your devices? Can I use my own server?

A: For bonding encoders: Mine Media provides built-in bonding servers (available in the USA, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Africa, Germany, Brazil, China, etc.).

Alternatively, you can use the U727 bonding server (no additional server cost required).

For bonding routers: We do not provide a bonding server—you can use your own server or rent an Amazon server.

Q5: Does the Mine Media bonding encoder support recording and storage?

A: Yes, it supports local recording via an SD card (up to 512GB capacity).

Q6: How is SIM card traffic calculated for the bonding encoder?

A: The formula is:(Bitrate in Mbps) × (Time in seconds) ÷ 8 = Data usage (in MB)

Example:

If streaming at 1Mbps for 1 hour (3600 seconds):1 × 3600 ÷ 8 = 450MB per hour

Note: Users are responsible for purchasing their own SIM card data plans.

Q7: Do the bonding devices have built-in batteries?

A:Yes, most Mine Media bonding devices (except the bonding decoder and U727 server) include an internal battery—though battery life varies by model.
